Janie's Cakes

My aunt sent my parents a Janie's Cake for Christmas. It was so beautiful that I wanted to share it with you. It was also insanely yummy- delicate sweetness in my mouth. When I started googling, I saw that they are a bit famous and have been featured in several magazines including Southern Living. My aunt and uncle live in Longview, Texas which is right next to Tyler- where Janie's Cakes is.
