Oatmeal Done Right: Thanks Blue Moon!

I went to Blue Moon Bakery on Brookside with a friend last week. I usually have a lox and cream cheese bagel, but I copied my buddy and had the oatmeal. Or shall I say, the oatmeal had me.

Oh my. Apparently, they cut or grind the oats themselves...fancy. You will like.
