Greens and Beans for Dinner

I'd like to start this post with an apology to my parents. I am sorry I never even tried to like the greens you made growing up. Especially since I am loving the greens Ryan is whipping up these days. Yum! Those are veal chops in the third photo down. Beans are added to them later once they are braised.
