Ryan and I have been trying so hard to add tons of produce into our daily lives. Green smoothies for breakfast make me feel like a badass because I start the day knowing I have kicked out 4 + servings of fruits and veggies.
Check out my friend Kathy's blog where she writes a lot about her personal eating revolution. You can find some smoothie and other raw/produce recipes there. I've linked to my smoothie-go-to recipe a few times-here it is again. I add apple slices a lot now too.
What they say is true- I feel better and have more energy when I eat more fruits and veggies.
